Since then we have received a lot of positive responses, and are pleased with the high usage rate of the service. We also received some customer requests regarding an even faster, as well as more individual execution of your surveys. We took these to heart and now, together with some ideas of our own, have implemented an advanced version of the \u201cSurveys\u201d service.<\/p>\r\n\r\n<!--more-->\r\n\r\n<p>Beginning immediately you can &#8230;<\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li><strong>Create your online survey with us<\/strong> and obtain Clickworkers as participants. <br\/>\r\nFor this purpose a survey tool integrated into the job process is at your disposal.  <br\/>\r\nA survey can be comfortably created per drag and drop with the survey tool. <\/li>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n\t\t\r\n<li>Determine your target group\/survey participants not only based on age, gender and country for each assignment, but instead <strong>set a predefined team as the participant group<\/strong>. <br\/>\r\nThe <a href=\"\/\/www.clickworker.com\/2016\/10\/10\/building-crowd-teams\/\" title=\"How to build a team\">teams can be individually defined<\/a> and named in your customer account under the menu option \u201cTeams\u201d.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\t<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\t\r\n<li><strong><a href=\"\/\/www.clickworker.com\/2016\/10\/10\/building-crowd-teams\/\" title=\"How to build a team\">Create a block list<\/a><\/strong> with participants who should not take part in your online survey.<br\/>\r\nThis function can be very helpful especially if you have already commissioned and completed a survey, and want to prevent the same Clickworkers from taking part in the new survey.<\/li>\r\n\t<\/ul>\r\n<p>With the new possibility \u2019to create the online survey directly with us\u2019, three survey service options are now available for you and can be choosed in the order form. <\/p>\r\n\r\n<!--more-->\r\n\r\n<h2> Survey Services: Using the Survey Tool and\/or Obtaining Survey Participants <\/h2>\r\n\r\n<p>When logged in to the marketplace click on the \u201cNew Order\u201d button and then choose the service \u201cSurvey.\u201d In the order form for surveys, which then opens, choose the survey (service) type you require as the very first step.<\/p>\r\n<strong>The choices are:<\/strong>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>Survey \u2013 using clickworker&#8217;s survey tool <\/li>\r\n<li>Survey \u2013 using an external survey tool <\/li>\r\n<li>Extended Survey \u2013 using an external survey tool <\/li>\r\n\t<\/ul>\r\n\r\n<h4>Survey \u2013 using clickworker&#8217;s survey tool <\/h4>\r\n<p>Please choose this option if you would like to create your survey using our tool during the order process, and subsequently want to assign only Clickworkers to take part in the survey.<\/p>\r\n\r\n<h4>Survey \u2013 using an external survey tool <\/h4>\r\n<p>Please choose this option if you have already created your survey with the aid of an external survey tool, and are going to provide <strong>a survey link<\/strong> to commission the Clickworkers with survey participation.  <\/p>\r\n\r\n<h4>Extended Survey \u2013 using an external survey tool<\/h4>\r\n<p>Please choose this option if you have already created your survey with the aid of an external survey tool, and would like to provide the Clickworkers <strong>an individual survey link for each participant<\/strong>. <\/p>\r\n\r\n<p>The order form will adjust depending on your choice, and will display the appropriate additional fields and options which will lead you quickly and intuitively to the conclusion of your order. <\/p>\r\n<p>If you have additional questions or comments about ordering survey jobs, our support team would be glad to hear from you via email at <a href=\"mailto:helpdesk@clickworker.com\">helpdesk@clickworker.com<\/a>.\t<\/p>\r\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>At the beginning of the year we developed a new self-service \u201cSurveys\u201d offering for you.
