clickworker Survey Service – New Features and Integrated Survey Tool

At the beginning of the year we developed a new self-service “Surveys” offering for you. Since then we have received a lot of positive responses, and are pleased with the high usage rate of the service. We also received some customer requests regarding an even faster, as well as more individual execution of your surveys. We took these to heart and now, together with some ideas of our own, have implemented an advanced version of the “Surveys” service.

Beginning immediately you can …

• Create your online survey with us and obtain Clickworkers as participants.
  For this purpose a survey tool integrated into the job process is at your disposal.
  A survey can be comfortably created per drag and drop with the survey tool.

 

• Determine your target group/survey participants not only based on age, gender and country for each assignment, but instead set a predefined team as the participant group.
  The teams can be individually defined and named in your customer account under the menu option “Teams”.

 

• Create a block list with participants who should not take part in your online survey.
  This function can be very helpful especially if you have already commissioned and completed a survey, and want to prevent the same Clickworkers from taking part in the new survey.

With the new possibility ’to create the online survey directly with us’, three survey service options are now available for you and can be choosed in the order form.

Survey Services: Using the Survey Tool and/or Obtaining Survey Participants

When logged in to the marketplace click on the “New Order” button and then choose the service “Survey.” In the order form for surveys, which then opens, choose the survey (service) type you require as the very first step.

• Survey – using clickworker’s survey tool
• Survey – using an external survey tool
• Extended Survey – using an external survey tool

Survey – using clickworker’s survey tool

Please choose this option if you would like to create your survey using our tool during the order process, and subsequently want to assign only Clickworkers to take part in the survey.

Survey – using an external survey tool

Please choose this option if you have already created your survey with the aid of an external survey tool, and are going to provide a survey link to commission the Clickworkers with survey participation.

Extended Survey – using an external survey tool

Please choose this option if you have already created your survey with the aid of an external survey tool, and would like to provide the Clickworkers an individual survey link for each participant.

The order form will adjust depending on your choice, and will display the appropriate additional fields and options which will lead you quickly and intuitively to the conclusion of your order.
